“The DNA evidence in the Kenneth Clair case proves that he is INNOCENT!”
The Orange County District Attorney office refuses to admit that they made a mistake by holding Kenneth Clair. However, it is up to Clair’s defense to follow through and get this back in court. There is only one outcome in this case, and that is that Kenneth Clair be acquitted.
C. J. Ford Private Investigation discovered the missing evidence in this case. Discovered the unidentified fingerprints in this case. Discovered that the DA’s office was concealing DNA evidence and testing evidence in this case, secretly, without notifying Clair’s defense. Without C. J. Ford Private Investigations, this case would not have been challenged.
Now the District Attorney’s office is spending thousands of tax payer’s dollars to keep Mr. Clair in custody when ultimately Clair will be free. There is not now or ever been any physical evidence to tie Clair into this crime. “Just the DA’s belief that they put the right person in prison.
