This petition is based on documents and reports obtained from the Orange County District Attorney’s office, the Santa Ana Police Department, the Orange County Sheriff Department- Coroners, Orange County Superior Court, and all Kenneth Clair’s defense attorneys.

 

All of these reports were compiled, reviewed, and investigated by C. J. Ford Jr., of C. J. Ford Private investigations which is the basis for this petition and the action that is being taken by the Campaign and the people who support this effort to have Kenneth Clair exonerated and released.

Recently the 9th Circuit Completely Overturned Judge Taylor’s District Court ruling and applied Federal (COA) Certificate of Appealability of all those claims which mean that they will hear all 47 claims. Now all the evidence will be considered and ALL claims will be heard.

We need to make a strong showing of support for Kenneth Clair by petitioning for his release.

If you read and research the information on Kenneth Clair's Official Web Site, you will see that the Orange County District Attorney and the Santa Ana Police Department have used every measure to illegally detain the release of a man that they know is innocent.

 We want the facts known regarding this case so that we do not allow an innocent man to die on Death Row because of the NARCISM and Prosecutorial Misconduct of the Orange County District Attorney’s office, and police misconduct of the Santa Ana Police Department. As you can see by information on Kenneth Clair's Web Site they have gone to extreme measures when they initially denied Kenneth Clair of his Due Process and Constitutional Rights and are making a consorted effort now to rob him of his liberty- knowing that he is an innocent man.

 We want the individuals that initially and knowingly denied Kenneth Clair of his Due Process and Constitutional Rights investigated and punished for this crime. We are also asking that the recent individuals that are bearing false witness against Kenneth Clair depriving him of his liberty and freedom, to be investigated and prosecuted.

 The Orange County District Attorney and the Santa Ana Police Department have a higher honor of justice to withhold to the People of United States of American, than to violate a single persons rights to protect themselves and their self serving interest.

 Therefore: We, the undersigned request that you Mr. President, Attorney General Eric Holder, California Arnold Schwarzenegger, California Attorney General Jerry Brown and Senator Barbara Boxer or any other agent or agency that represent the people or justice, take all necessary measures to ensure the immediate exoneration and release of Mr. Kenneth Clair.
